'It is with regret that due to schedule conflicts with the recording of the next Aldous Harding album, we have taken the difficult decision to cancel all remaining shows for 2018.'

Geen Aldous Harding dus op het Best Kept Secret festival, meer nog allicht speelt de Nieuw-Zeelandse dit jaar nergens meer.

Het goede nieuws is dan wel dat er een nieuwe plaat zit aan te komen.

De zesde editie van Best Kept Secret vindt plaats op 8, 9 en 10 juni. Onder meer The National, LCD Soundsystem, Arctic Monkeys, Future Islands, Deerhunter, Angus & Julia Stone, The Kills, Fout Tet, Preoccupations, Wolf Alice, Unknown Mortal Orchestra en The Internet bevestigden hun komst al.
