Tweede soloplaat voor Perry Farrell

'Kind Heaven' is de titel van de soloplaat van Perry Farrell, ooit frontman van zowel Jane's Addiction als Porno For Pyros. De plaat zal in 2019 verschijnen.

 

Het album werd geproducet door Tony Visconti en Foo Fighters-drummer Taylor Hawkins, Tommy Lee, Matt Chamberlain, Mike Garson, Dhani Harrison, Chris Chaney, Peter Distefano en meer staken een handje toe. De orkestrale arrangementen zijn van de hand van Harry Gregson-Williams en Farrell zingt ook in duet met zijn vrouw Etty.

Of de bijhorende Virtual Reality-show ooit Europa zal halen, lijkt eerder onwaarschijnlijk, maar wie naar Las Vegas afzakt wordt vergast op een show die "combine[s] RF technology, Hollywood-style storytelling and wearable tech to immerse visitors in a personalized, exotic journey that offers the best of Southeast Asian culture, music, food, danger, fashion, exoticism, exploration, mystery and spiritual enlightenment."
