In première: de nieuwe single van Midas Fall.

Na hun goed ontvangen vierde album ‘Evaporate’ waarvoor Midas Fall de prestigieuze Prog Magazine ‘Limelight Award’ ontving, brengt het Schotse duo Midas Fall hun nieuwe single Blink uit via Monotreme Records.

Het duo staat aan de vooravond van een nieuwe tournee, waarover we in deze telex al eerder berichtten.

Over de single zegt Elizabeth Heaton: "Blink is about having your expectations shattered in just a blink of an eye and the journey of self-doubt that follows. Originally a short acoustic track that captured that feeling, the song then evolved into a more progressive/post rock song in the rehearsal room - one that we are very excited about playing live for the first time on our upcoming tour."

Zoals we ondertussen al van de dames gewoon zijn, is de track zwanger van emotie. Terwijl onder haar de drums en synths kolken en borrelen als magma, zingt Heaton met haar engelachtige stem de delicate zanglijnen.

De tour start op 25 februari in Amsterdam (The Waterhole) en wordt afgesloten op 8 maart in De Kleine Kunst te Brugge.
