Nieuwe Orville Peck komt in stukjes

Als hij zo goed is als 'Pony' (2019), mag dat van ons alvast.

Het tweede album van Orville Peck heet 'Bronco'. De plaat zal in drie keer worden gereleased. De eerste reeks songs werd nu al vrijgegeven en omvat C’mon Baby, Cry (waarven je de video hieronder kan bekijken), Daytona Sand, Outta Time en Any Turn. De volledige plaat verschijnt op 8 april (via Columbia). 

“This is my most impassioned and authentic album to date”, zegt Peck in het persbericht. “I was inspired by country rock, ’60s & ’70s psychedelic, California, and even bluegrass with everything being anchored in country. Bronco is all about being unrestrained and the culmination of a year of touring, writing in isolation and going through and ultimately emerging from a challenging personal time.”
