Nieuw werk van Shabazz Palaces

Shabazz Palaces kondigen aan : 'Quazarz: Born On A Gangster Star', de opvolger van 'Lese Majesty' (2014). Het in Seattle opgenomen album verschijnt op 14 juli bij Sub Pop Records en zal "in body or in spirit" bijdragen bevatten van Julian Casablancas, Thundercat, Ahmir, Jon Kirby, Sunny Levin, Darrius Willrich, Gamble And Huff en Loud Eyes Lou.

Enige toelichting: " The Palaceer stays away from the fleeting and the superficial nonessential. Stay away from your device—your phantom limb—and stay away from your image—your phantom self; that is his decree.
