Nieuw en oud werk van Joe Jackson in De Roma

Op 16 maart komt Joe Jackson zijn nieuwe plaat ‘Fool’ voorstellen in De Roma.

In januari 2019 brengt hij zijn twintigste studioplaat uit, een album dat werd opgenomen na de lange tournee die volgde op ‘Fast Forward’. Zelf zegt Joe Jackson over de plaat: "Comedy and Tragedy, and the way they're intertwined in all our lives. The songs are about fear and anger and alienation and loss, but also about the things that still make life worth living: friendship, laughter, and music, or art, itself. I couldn't have done this in 1979. I just hadn't lived enough."

Tegelijkertijd wordt het ook een viering van vier decennia Jackson-klassiekers. Verwacht u dus, naast materiaal uit ‘Fool’, aan de grootste hits en andere parels voor de fans.
