Metallica annuleert tour
Dramatisch nieuws uit het kamp van de metalpioniers.
Frontman James Hetfield van Metallica heeft zich wegens verslavingsproblemen moeten laten opnemen. Dit betekent dat de tour in Australië en Nieuw-Zeeland wordt uitgesteld. Fans, die al tickets hadden gekocht, krijgen hun geld terug en de band belooft later terug te komen om de concerten alsnog te doen.
Op Twitter meld de band het volgende: "As most of you probably know, our brother James has been struggling with addiction on and off for many years. He has now, unfortunately, had to re-enter a treatment program to work on his recovery again. We are truly sorry to inform our fans and friends that we must postpone our upcoming tour of Australia and New Zealand."
