Lézard verlienst frontvrouw (maar gaat keihard door)

Op Facebook liet de band weten dat Myrthe Asta niet langer bij de band is.

"As some of you may have noticed, Myrthe Asta is no longer part of Lézard. We thank her for her dedication and contribution to the band, on and off stage, and wish her all the best with future musical projects", klinkt het bij Lézard. Tegelijk deelde de groep ook mee dat ze zeker niet van plan zijn om er de brui aan te geven. De geplande najaarstour gaat gewoon door.

Lézard werd opgericht in 2023, toen de Gentse band rond frontman Neil Claes in het najaar debuutsingle Nothing At All uitbracht. De groep maakte furore tijdens Sound Track en bereikte de finale van Humo's Rock Rally. Er volgde een eerste album, getiteld 'Que Se Passe-t-il' en de ep 'Happy'. Ze speelden al op festivals zoals Pukkelpop, Best Kept Secret, Eurosonic (ESNS), The Great Escape, Dour en de Lokerse Feesten.
