H. Hawkline stelt vijfde album voor

Geen water, maar melk voor de bloemen?

H.Hawkline (Huw Evans) heeft vandaag een vijfde album aangekondigd: ‘Milk For Flowers’. Het album wordt uitgebracht op vrijdag 10 maart op Heavenly Recordings.

Het eerste nummer, dat van het album wordt gehaald, is het titelnummer met een visueel mooie video, waarover Evans zei: “Grief is a song that can’t be unheard: from the moment you learn it, you never stop singing. Its music paints the scenery - pulling the strings of every day. Forgotten corners and untended gardens can become rich with sickly vegetation, ice rinks and playgrounds decaying with every chord. These videos (this is the first of 3) are a way of trying to express that sensation in the most direct way possible. Every day, an audition. At least I choose the soundtrack.”

Het album werd geproducet door Cate Le Bon die ook enkele muzikale bijdragen leverde. De video is gemaakt door Ben Hardy, gechoreografeerd door Daisy Smith, gestyled door Gus Sharpe en bewerkt door Casey Raymond.
