De comeback van Joseph Arthur

Na drie jaar afwezigheid is de Amerikaan klaar voor een comeback met 'Come Back World'.

De Amerikaanse singer-songwriter Joseph Arthur is helemaal terug. Na een afwezigheid van drie jaar is de begeesterende muzikant terug met een nieuw album genaamd 'Come Back World'. 

De plaat omvat thema's als wedergeboorte en overleving, Arthur omschrijft het concept als volgt: 

"The interesting parts of our stories aren’t the famous people we meet,” Arthur remarked. Or the times when everything is basically working. Or when we get to lay in comfort with a partner watching Netflix and the world go by.  The interesting parts are when all those things break down and you’re left in isolation to finally deal with the roots of whatever had been thwarting your existence all along."

Op de plaat, die op 11 oktober zal verschijnen, staan ook enkele gastoptredens van grote namen als Greg Dulli, Patrick Carney en Ben Harper. In afwachting van de release kan u alvast het titelnummer beluisteren.
