Blues Brothers gitarist overleden

Matt 'Guitar' Murphy is niet meer.

Murphy was de gitarist van The Blues Brothers.

Zijn dood is zaterdag op Facebook door zijn neef Floyd Murphy jr. bevestigd.

De gitarist werd 88 jaar oud, hij speelde zowel in de film 'The Blues Brothers' (1980) als in 'Blues Brothers 2000'.

Murphy heeft tot begin 2000 in de band gespeeld.
