Op 2 juni verschijnt het nieuwe album

Singer-songwriter en producer Ben Harper heeft een nieuw studioalbum klaar. 'Wide Open Light' is de opvolger van het voor een Grammy genomineerde 'Bloodline Maintenance'. Single Yard Sale featuring Jack Johnson gaat de plaat vooraf.

In het persbericht wordt het album omschreven als "a family of songs he's written where each track is a close relative to the next".  "There was once a time when albums didn't need an adjacent story or fable. When the songs were enough", legt Harper uit. "I'm excited to return to this."
