STAKE - Fuck My Anxiety

'LOVE, DEATH And DECAY' komt uit op 30 september via Hassle Records.

STAKE wil van de angst af. Dat is duidelijk van bij de eerste noot van de nieuwe single, voorloper ook van een nieuw album en een uitgebreide tournee die de schreeuwlelijks doorheen heel Europa zal brengen om af te sluiten in Trix, Antwerpen. Alle data hieronder, maar eerst een beetje uitleg van de band zelf bij de nieuwe single.

"Fear dominates us so often, it can seemingly take control of our decisions without realising it. I already missed many opportunities because of fear. This is the moment I want to draw a line under that. Fuck my anxieties" 

"We've released this as a kind of mantra, when you need a little extra strength to acknowledge that fear is winning. If we can grasp our personal fears in their entirety, I think it allows us to fully rid ourselves of them."

"Don't get caught up in your fear. Turn it around. Am I actually scared? Which anxieties do I have? You try to understand, then you grasp them, and then you can get further in life. Eventually, you just have to say, ‘Fuck my anxiety!’”
